After over 20 years in St. Anton, owners Niall and James had an idea. Launching their own bar and restaurant in the heart of the town they love. Providing a hub for the community and a luxurious treat for visitors. Welcome to Café Schneider!

“What a thrilling journey it has been to arrive at this very moment! From a young age I embraced the exhilarating world of skiing, and it was my father who sparked my passion and urged me to venture to St Anton.

The enchantment of St Anton captivated me from the begining and continues to captvate me even today. For over 30 years I have called St Anton my home, forging countless connections with intriguing individuals along the way. It is these fascinating characters that truly anchor me here!

Throughout my life, i have always been fueled by a fervor for delectable cuisine, exquisite beverages, and an ambiance that sets the stage for unforgettable experiences. Fortunate enough to work in various restaurants and bars across St Anton, destiny intervened when i serendipitously met buisness partner Niall Pomeroy and owner of the building Hannes Schneider. With shared values and a shared vision of an exceptional establishment, we joined forces and Hannes enabled me and Niall to create something which we think is extraordinary in St Anton.

Year after year we strive relentlessly to enhance our establishment, fueled by the heartfelt appreciation of our customers. As we gaze towards the furture, we remain devoted to helping St Anton maintain it´s position as one of the world´s foremost skiing destinations.” James Harding June 2023
